Mike Pritchard edf0e5b3f8 Correct some man page xrefs, and some other minor changes to bring some
man pages up to mdoc guidelines and fix some minor formatting glitches.
Also fixed a number of man pages to not abuse the .Xr macro to
display functions and path names and a lot of other junk.

The
.Nm lptcontrol
command is used to set either the interrupt-driven or polling mode
of individual
.Xr lpt 4
devices. When a printer is switched between
interrupt-driven and polled mode, this change will only take effect
the next time the device is opened.
