Steve Price 4b21204b19 - Add some environment variables that need to be present when using packages ... from the build cluster. These are required to get the dependencies the same as the parallel builds. - Add an optional second argument that allows you to specific an alternate ports directory. - Remove the temporary file after we are done with it. - Remove ksh93 because it won't make it on the discs until the license issues are resolved.
