freebsd/usr.bin/file/Magdir/ms-dos
Warner Losh 94a553c632 Add Hitachi SH-3, SH-4, ARM, PPC, 68k PA-ARCH and a few others to PE
file types.  Also add bit interpretation from NetBSD to give more
details about the file.
