qbisi 4c4b1ff1a5 gdcm: fix deprecated api in vtk
Implcit conversion of vtkStdString to const char* has been deprecated
since vtk-9.3.0 and removed since vtk-9.5.0. Instead, call .c_str()
explicitly on the instance.
