bbe1f50262 (vc-git-annotate-command): Run asynchronously.

(xd_add_watch, xd_remove_watch): Use it.  Print debug messages.
(xd_initialize, xd_pending_messages): Check, whether
$DBUS_SESSION_BUS_ADDRESS is set.
