0bdef5a38f Change EXTRACT_ARGS to EXTRACT_BEFORE_ARGS, the former is only retained 
for backwards compatibilty.  Also move it down to "misc. bsd.port.mk
variables" section.

While I'm here, add "/sbin/" to ldconfig.

5f0a402472 (1) Use IGNOREFILES correctly. The dist/patchfiles should either be 
on this list (which will set their files/md5 entry to "IGNORE") or
    have a correct checksum.  There were two files missing from this
    list and their checksum entries were not updated (they included
    version numbers).

(2) Don't set NO_CHECKSUM in a port to get around bug (1). ;)

3417af1d25 Upgrade to 2.0. More OS's, and now machiens are networked. 
In playing this game, I found that our friend Chuck didn't come up as often
as before.  There are more OS's now, and Linux was represented by both
the Pinguin and Red Hat.  So I replaced "Red Hat" with a second "BSD".

The game often produces an error screen when bill wins.  But scores
are saved ok, and it plays fine.

18ecf3a122 Remove files from old version of this software before doing anything in

8f69c1d194 Update 1.1.5+patches -> 1.1.6 
Note, there are a few important changes to the squid.conf file,
be sure to read the ChangeLog file for the details.  Some names
have been renamed, and a new option needs to be specified if squid
is run as root - it needs to know what uid to change to, it won't run
as root by default.  This may require changes to the port to create a
user or something.
