Adjust pkg-plist to remove some secondary programs which we no longer
provide after the import of the Eclipse Java frontend.
Properly set INFO for those cases where we actually do not build libgomp,

features a simple interface for defining unit tests,
putting little in the way of the developer. Tests are
run in a separate address space, so Check can catch both
assertion failures and code errors that cause segmentation
faults or other signals. The output from unit tests can be
used within source code editors and IDEs.

"Many things have changed. Bugs have been fixed, new features
have been introduced. But most importantly, we're really retiring
the old 1.x-style libpqxx API now. This API (where upper-case letters

- Bug fixes, esp. for 64-bit architectures.
A few APIs have also changed so 3rd-party code using the CIL toolkit
may need to be adapted.

and if people use pkg_delete(1) from this port, it fixes the `can't remove
(null)/libdata/ldconfig/foo' on deinstall too.
