Support CFLAGS properly.  Conform to one file per patch guideline.  Be
extra careful with $i; remove unnecessary WRKSRC.

4686ca73f7 o Synchronize with latest patch on apsfilter homepage... 
o Additional "post-5.4.2 Release" features:
- AppleTalk Remote printer support (via netatalk's pap(1) utility).
  Experimental, please test !
- new revised uniprint profiles from Harold Bower <HalBower@worldnet.att.net>
  and additionally some new for:
  - Epson Stylus 800 (Monochrome) and
  - Epson LQ-570/870/1070/1170 24-pin Dot-Matrix
- prevent printing of an empty page when using raw printer, default is off now.
- bugfix: older gs versions (< v6.x) doesn't support "-_", which allows more      efficient read operation. The bug prevented apsfilter to work with the
  older gs versions.
- bugfix: hpdj (3rd party gs driver) doesn't like the -sBitsPerPixel option.      So stripp it off, if using hpdj driver.
- FAQ file cleanups
- better hpdj driver defaults for HP DJ 970 printers
- some cleanups in code when printing PDF files
- and other things ....

159ead3b6c Strategically change a couple malloc() calls to calloc() calls so that 
every request doesn't return NFSERR_STALE.  This CFS bug brought to
light by the letters p, h, and k :)

51a4a13656 Update to 0.8.2. Use proper pthread-linking (-pthread vs. -lc_r). Use 
USE_LIBTOOL instead of GNU_CONFIGURE so we don't install .la file.  Turn
this port loose upon the world.  This update is needed for aide port.

69718a5010 Update to version 0.90p9. 
With this version, it is no longer only a frame grabber, but a whole
control program.  Thus, adjust COMMENT/DESCR.

As a bonus, it should fix bento build.

86676c2a4c Create libform.so --> libxform.so.1 link, because it seems that library has 
been built with --soname option and w/o this link dynamically-linked
executables don't work.
