Fix calc so that it will build properly again.

changed distfile from calc-2.9.3t6.tar.gz to calc-2.9.3t6.tar
calc is fetched as an on-the-fly tarball from ftp.cdrom.com
gzipped on-the-fly tars are not supported.
removed trailing whitespace on several lines in PLIST
revised DESCR to <24 lines.

Make this port build under -current again. Rather than add extra

tests for /usr/lib/aout, I took the easy way out and deleted the
attempted support of FreeBSD-2.1.x. That branch is dead, dead,
dead, and support for it in this port was broken anyway.
Another "make release" killer bites the dust.

Fix the semctl() wrapper so that it will compile on -current systems

again. The prototype was changed in revision 1.14 of "src/sys/sys/sem.h".
In order to make this work on older systems too, I have incremented
__FreeBSD_version and `ifdef'ed based on that. Unfortunately,
there was a 3-day gap between when the semctl() interface changed
(May 30) and when I bumped __FreeBSD_version (June 2). FreeBSD-current
systems from that date range will still have problems building this
port.
