1f8fabb939 Unspam changes in 1.16 deleted by the previous commit. It may help to 
read the logs if cvs tells you there is a conflict or something (if
there is a way for cvs not to tell you anything for this, I would like
to know how that happened too).

3af1206c91 - upgrade to 1.7.2 
- install $PREFIX/etc/rc.d/innd.sh (start and stop)
- change group of $PREFIX/bin/rnews from uucp to dialer to work around
  a problem when using inn with uucp (rnews is not world-executable to prevent
  injection of faked articles)
- don't install binaries in $PREFIX/etc
- use /var/{spool,}/news/tmp instead of /var/tmp for rnews, otherwise
  rename will fail

The FreeType engine is a free and portable TrueType font rendering

67e588bd58 Make "-fsjlj-exceptions" (use setjmp/longjmp for exceptions) the 
default for FreeBSD.  The standard exception implementation reliably
dumps core under FreeBSD.  Users can put "-fno-sjlj-exceptions" on
the command line if they really want to override the new default.

Configure with "--with-gnu-as" and "--with-gnu-ld".

Define "__FreeBSD__" as 3.
