A diff between the latest and current revision shows some user interface
changes (gtk programming and .glade files). Package file list is unchanged.
I opened a bug report on the project's bug database, asking for a proper
handling of the release number. If they cannot provide useful version
information I'll ask to have this port hosted on MASTER_SITE_LOCAL, so that
it won't break every time they re-roll the tarball.
warning about unknown owners. Add a reminder in the Makefile, because this
fix should be removed when a new release of the RPMS fixes the problem.
Specifically, the only affected file in the LINUXBASE hierarchy is
usr/man/man8/setserial.8 (-> root:wheel)

* Move the call to configure.postgresql7 from pre-fetch to pre-extract, so it
won't hang while performing batch fetch operations (like portupgrade -F)
* Add some TCL related files to pkg-plist.tcl, and add a PLIST_SUB in the
Makefile to register the correct tcl version in the plist.
* Do not start postgresql if the database directory does not exist: the
startup sequence could hang because of this.
* Use the "-s" option when starting postgresql with pg_ctl, so it won't
display informational messages. Display only the port name, as do other
packages startup scripts.

Aside from the PR, I also removed the pkg-plist.py file and merged support
for the python plist changes in the standard file, using PLIST_SUB.
The plist has been resynced with the installed files, since "make package"
used to fail.
All patch files have been removed, as stated by related PR ports/26492,
from maintainer.
