LyX doesn't need ispell as run dependency (PR 7349)

fixed: make WITH_ISPELL=yes installs with ispell otherwise without
lyx's ``configure'' disables the use of mmap for some reason (PR 5920)
checked, that on FreeBSD-current mmap is being used.
