59af00b294 import of new port GP. 
A GUI printer manager written with TCL/TK.
Is able to preview and convert file types before print.
Looks nice.

dfaa06e7df Port import of CATMAN!!! (Batman theme music in b/g) 
This allows the user to read MS Word documents.  Doesn't accept
Word 97.

While at this, some cleanup:
1. Compress the man page by using MAN1, instead of patching up
   Makefile.in.

2. HAS_CONFIGURE -> GNU_CONFIGUURE to better reflect the reality as
   well as to respect the value of ${PREFIX}.
