GNU binutils. It can read/write about any object file format on earth.
Soon to be used by devel/avarice.
Requires devel/gnulibiberty, since it (alas) uses undocumented internal
functions from that library.

Reorganize a bit so documentation will be installed into
${PREFIX}/share/doc/latex2rtf/.
Do install the GNU info pages, too. Unfortunately, the info pages as
shipped needed the removal of various ^Ms (patch-ab), and the addition
of dir node meta tags (patch-ac).

This version contains Real RTSP support (SUPPORT_REAL_RTSP).
But I didn't enable Real RTSP support. Because this was
broken on build.
