0b0565b9c2 Don't link with libgnuregex - the benefit is unclear (if any), while it causes
certain problems on -stable when editing html text (evolution et al).

76708c716f This file is nearly a verbatim copy of setup.sh so this one is

3c634c1303 Slightly adjust speedup patch, so that it works when user specifies unnatural
targets sequence, i.e. `make clean build'. It doesn't affect default behaviour.

f0aedc56a5 Add a missed file which acts as a driver for the others.
Add documentation worked on by Steve and myself for ports freeze and
package split procedure. Very minimal, very 4.5 specific, needs work.

a56a8c6935 Add the scripts used to break up the package collections for a release.
Some work/cleanup here would probably be desirable. I'm committing them
now to give others the ability to reproduce these package splits and help
with making these scripts better. The README should have some more
documentation in the future.

A better solution to the package set size problem would be to teach
sysinstall to ask for the CD on which a particular package is when it
needs to add it, but for now this will do.

ef063e6018 It is important to run aclocal before the build to ensure that a fix
for a buggy autoconf macro is included, so add USE_AUTOMAKE_VER and
USE_LIBTOOL (in this case, we need the libtool automake macro
AM_PROG_LIBTOOL).

c4e74eed07 Update to 20020327.2. Now automatic portsclean -L works properly.
portupgrade(1):
- Fix portsclean -L invocation.

- Fix some messages.

- Update the manpage.
o Add another example for -B that runs 'cvs update' for the master
    port(s) of a slave port, using 'ports_glob -M'.

    Question by:	Ollivier Robert <roberto@FreeBSD.org>

o Mention that portupgrade(1) now runs `portsclean -L' at the end of
    each upgrade.

o Fix wording and update the descriptions about portsclean -L.

af90c4ca0a This is Intels C/C++ compiler. It is setup to produce native FreeBSD objects.
This port is not able to produce native executables on its own. You need to do
it yourself with gcc.

58a69e664e Upgrade to v110.39. Compilation of this port is now controlled by three
knobs:
	- the default compiles the basic runtime, heap, libs, ml-yacc,
	  ml-lex and smlnj-lib
	- WITH_EVERYTHING installs everything in the distribution,
	  including sources
	- WITH_RECOMPILE recompiles the compiler, implies WITH_EVERYTHING
	- WITH_FLINT applies the patch to access FLINT, implies
	  WITH_RECOMPILE
