Feature: cidr tables now support if/endif and negation (by
prepending "!" to a pattern), just like regexp and pcre
tables. The primarily purpose is to improve readability of
complex tables. Files: util/cidr_match.[hc], util/dict_cidr.c,
proto/cidr_table.
Cleanup: make regexp: and pcre: parser warning messages more
similar. Files: dict_regexp.c, dict_pcre.c.

Gathers statistics about real reads and writes done by the filesystem layer. It
is provided in the form of an extension for PostgreSQL >= 9.4., and requires
pg_stat_statements extension to be installed. PostgreSQL 9.4 or more is
required as previous version of provided pg_stat_statements didn't expose the
queryid field.
