Upgrade p5-SNMP to 1.8.1 and mark it broken as it is incompatible
with the ucd-snmp changes. If this is a huge problem, then a
repo copy of ucd-snmp can be made and we can have the hassle of
keeping two copies in our tree.
This upgrade contains - as far as I can see - no functional change
in regard to the port. But I'm tired of receiving requests or patches
for an upgrade. People are focused on version numbers too much. *sigh* ;-)

uses your eBay id and password to track your eBay listings, items that you
have bid on, and items that you enter by hand. It also has an integrated

Tcpflow is a tool for capturing data transmitted as part of TCP connections
(flows), and stores it in a way that is convenient for protocol
analysis or debugging. tcpflow reconstructs the actual data streams
and stores each flow in a seperate file for later analysis.

- if e. g. a "make BATCH=yes fetch" was followed by a "make all"
the config menu popped up.
- if gd was installed but gd support was not checked in the config
menu, php was compiled with gd support nevertheless.
(There may be other support options having the same behavior.
I haven't checked all, yet.)
This port requires gcc 2.95.1 to build, so USE_NEWGCC
isn't set until -current is upgraded to that version.

So add three patches via PATCH_SITES/PATCHFILES to make these functions
