dc7fc838ed Obey hier(7) by installing the include files into 
${LOCALBASE}/include, rather than include/gd. Each file is named gd*.h
anyway. Bump  the PORTREVISION.  Other ports  should be  fine, because
the  have  the  -I${LOCALBASE}/include  anyway, but  should  keep  the
-I${LOCALBASE}/include/gd for a while too.

8b2ed97054 Change default to not use --enable-final because this option requires 
large amounts of memory in order to compile KDE in any reasonable time.
For machines with such required amounts of memory, it can cut build times
by more than half.  I am not sure why I changed the default on this
option before, since it may lead some people to believe the build hanged.

91d30168b6 Remove major-number specifications from most of the entries in 
LIB_DEPENDS.  ImageMagick will  compile  with any  version of  -ljpeg,
-ljbig, -lmpeg2, -lbz2, -lfpx,  -lfreetype, -lxml2, -lpng, -llcms. I'm
not sure about -ltiff (we had the old, incompatible version ported for
a while as recently as a few years ago) and -lltdl (libtool).

This should  make this port  more resilient  to upgrades to  the other
ports and make it easier to  build by people, who already have earlier
versions of the other libraries installed.

The idea -- of not requiring particular versions in some/most cases --
in general was discussed on -ports.

94f005e723 Add a patch submitted by the author which fixes a bug I reported where 
fd occasionally dies of a segfault caused by a buffer overrun on
command invocation.

Bump PORTREVISION accordingly.

41a7272359 Upgrade to version 8.3.0, which contains bug fixes too numerous to mention, 
and a few new features. Many of the bugs are related to memory allocation,
and some of BIND's newer features like TSIG, IXFR, etc. Users particularly
interested should take a look at the CHANGES file (see below).

Perhaps the most significant change is the introduction of EDNS0, the ability
to negotiate capabilities between servers. This feature was previously only
available in BIND 9. Whether this is a good idea or not is yet to be seen.

Install more of the documentation, and wrap it all in PORTSDOCS.

56067c5970 Bring in a -real- fix for kdesu. Many thanks to Alan Eldridge and 
Waldo Bastian for their work towards fixing this both in 2.2.2/ports
and KDE3 CVS.  Bump PORTREVISION to make sure people get *this* fix and
not the previous broken one.

156129328b Rename patchfile with overly long name to something more short, so that it 
doesn't break filename limit in cpio(1) (cpio is used in release process). I
donno why cpio(1) doesn't respect NAME_MAX.
