While I'm here, change the way SSL header and library paths are handled
to avoid specifically referencing /usr/lib and /usr/include; while
-STABLE's GCC shrugs this off, GCC 3.1 whines loudly about an explicit
-I/usr/include (and rightly so, IMHO).

has been a "massive public demand" that this port be unFORBIDDEN.
- Remove FORBIDDEN.
- Add a PKGMESSAGE to explain new post-install procedure, and to warn the
user that this port/package is likely to have future security issues.
- Install startup script mode 444, forcing the user to change this explicitly
to run ntop at system startup. Document this in PKGMESSAGE.

check_snmp calls snmpget without '-c' parameter, which is mandatory
with NetSNMP 5.x. Add '-c' to the command line to make it work with
both NetSNMP 4.x and 5.x.
check_by_ssh dumps core with called without -C, also usage help output
does not document -C and -v.
check_ssh plugin incorrectly parses the SSH banner.
check_ntp does not work with NTP v2. Add -n option to be able to
select NTP version.

Move ${PREFIX}/share/nagios/sbin to ${PREFIX}/share/nagios/cgi-bin as that
is the location originally used by the nagios author.

This breakage is caused because:
o struct statvfs is defined and statvfs() function is declared.
o statvfs() function is not yet implemented.
So detection of statvfs related is commented out until function will
be implemented.
