263d6a8e9f Upgrade to version 0.6.3. 
Don't use offical master sites for now.  Both webservers are down and one
returns a message that they don't know for how long.

b663cfba86 Add a patch that fixes a bug in the Windowing code that can 
cause blackbox to die with an alt+click on, for example,
xmms.

Also don't output a message on pre-fetch, instead use pre-configure.

913b66d3bc Upgrade to version 0.3.6. 
The previous state of this port had MD5 checksum problems, and upon fetching
a new distfile found that version "0.3.5" of the distfile contained the
directory "xwhois-0.3.6".

d9b2b611dd Switch pidentd to using sysctl()s instead of libkvm. It now doesn't need 
to be linked with libkvm... this should fix a lot of strange problems
people report with pidentd.

This is for -CURRENT only, at the moment.

523c97c0d0 Update to lesstif 0.88.9. 
Note that this change to the Makefile is a format change and the
real commit was rev 1.33. All of the others are the actual update.
The message got lost in an accidental ctrl-c during the commit.
Thanks to jdp for fixing all the locks.

830c04a578 Mark these RESTRICTED, there seems to be a legal problem with the distfiles. 
From their http site:

	The gd library is temporarily available. We have taken it off the
	site until we are able to arrive at an agreement with Unisys regarding
	their legal position with respect to gd. Please do not send email asking
	for the gd library at this time. We cannot send it to you, at least until
	this matter is resolved. Thank you for your understanding.
