(3) Add new port variable NO_LATEST_LINK.  When this is set, the
    "Latest" package symlink is not created.  Use this for ports that
    are betas when there is also a port for an older, more stable,
    version.

(4) Don't be too stupid about "make deinstall".

57795467ce Add MANUAL_PACKAGE_BUILD, this port installs a "libstdc++.a" in 
/usr/local/lib and that will cause the system gcc to be unhappy if
something is linked with -L/usr/local/lib.

e668ce0413 Make this port properly package. 
Now, I know you tested it (who doesn't? :), Andreas, but you need to
test it *twice* with a "make deinstall" in between, or you may not
catch files that were left from the previous installation (as it was
in this case).

263066dcac fix for new select() behavior in FreeBSD-current. 
(change made on 97dec)

comment from Lars follows:
	Included is an updated patch-ab file for hylafax for current that
	fixes the busywait that occurred once the fifo_poll() fix went into
	the kernel in December.

	The symptoms were that faxqetty and faxq would chew up an inordinate
	amount of time waiting for input form their FIFOS. Basically the
	kernel fix was to make select() return a 1 on EOF (in accordance
	with POSIX) and for read() to keep returning 0 on EOF (which is
	the state you are in if you open the fifo for reading in non-blocking
	mode and there are no writers).
