68af41d01e Clean up Makefile, add more MASTER_SITES, reference new WWW, honour
PTHREAD_*, and other such fixes.

Reorder plist, and add missing file, thus earning a PORTREVISION bump.

These are just general cleanups; new versions of this program exist.

7affea4639 New port: www/mod_encoding
mod_encoding - Apache module for non-ascii filename interoperability

This module improves non-ascii filename interoperability
	of apache (and mod_dav).

It seems many WebDAV clients send filename in its platform-local
encoding. But since mod_dav expects everything, even HTTP
request line, to be in UTF-8, this causes an interoperability
	problem.

Note by maintainer: this port also solves the annoying form of
authentication that Windows machines do against a DAV enabled server:
"hostname\\username" instaed of the standard "username"

59471bbadf Author took all the FreeBSD-specific patches from the port and
incorporated them into the tarball. And then, just to be sneaky,
he re-rolled the tarball with the same version number. The patches
and REINPLACEs are now gone, and I've bumped PORTREVISION.
