d44b822911 Build the gcc28 we install with itself rather than /usr/bin/cc. 
Renamed manpages to <binanary>28.1.gz to reduce namespace conflicts.
Added bin/gcc28 and bin/g++28.

ca9133c869 Remove comment about /usr/X11/lib/jnames having to exist first. It is 
generated by both the port and the package (besides, it's a typo of
/usr/X11R6/lib/jnames :).

2e7c59f286 Update the shlib minor version to "0.99" so this thing packages. 
Note, I think it is totally stupid to match the shared library version
number with the software version, but that's the author's call, not mine.
