4e87639906 Prefer w3m over lynx, it's table handling is superior. 
Explicitly specify DocBook 3.1, rather than the meta-port.  This triggered
a rather interesting bug on a completely clean machine, where the
sgmlformat port, depending on DocBook 3.0, installed enough DocBook that
the

    ${PREFIX}/share/sgml/docbook:${PORTSDIR}/textproc/docbook

dependency line was satisfied, and DocBook 3.1 was never installed.  This
was noticed by Mark Ovens <mark@ukug.uk.freebsd.org>, who helped me track
it down.

4ebeef489c Update to the most recent release of LinuxThreads, glibc-linuxthreads-2.1.2, 
which is rather tightly coupled with GNU libc, unlike the older version
of this port.

LinuxThreads has added many features since it was integrated with GNU libc,
which means that a number of interfaces that were borrowed from libc_r are
no longer needed.

This updated port required a lot of reworking of the port, so there are
likely to be new bugs.

7029014e91 iSilo: Convert text/HTML files to files suitable for installing on a 
Palm Pilot, and reading with the iSilo Palm Document reader.
        A reasonable attempt at retaining the HTML formatting is
        performed (and images are retained) making this great for
        building a Palm-able version of the FAQ or Handbook. . .

1bba45b0d0 The p5-Mail-Folder port has a couple of problems: 
(1) It can't find Sync.pm due to a bad path.  Everytime you
     reinstall the port, it rebuilds p5-File-Sync.

 (2) It won't run at all, because p5-MIME-Tools is not
     included in the RUN_DEPENDS.
