Many places in the code NULL is used in integer context, where

plain 0 should be used. This happens to work because we #define
NULL to 0, but is stylistically wrong and can cause problems
for people trying to port bits of code to other environments.

Make the long-awaited change from $Id$ to $FreeBSD$

This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!)
avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long.
Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore. This update would have been
insane otherwise.

Remove /usr/ucb and /usr/local/mh/bin from MANPATH_MAP, we don't ship

the system with these (and the mh port doesn't install there either).
Comment out /usr/X386/bin in MANPATH_MAP, it is already commented out
in MANDATORY_MANPATH.
