Make the long-awaited change from $Id$ to $FreeBSD$
...
This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!)
avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long.
Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore. This update would have been
insane otherwise.

Bill Fenner points out that mrinfo and mtrace should probably be set-uid
...
root so that normal users can use them. The same caveats apply as for
regular traceroute.

Rewrote all man pages to use mdoc(7).

Make it compile and (except for mrouted which is untested as yet) run.
...
Some of these ``modified'' files aren't really modified at all, but CVS
isn't smart enough to know the difference.
