libzip is a C library for reading, creating, and modifying zip archives. Files
can be added from data buffers, files, or compressed data copied directly from
other zip archives. Changes made without closing the archive can be reverted.
The API is documented by man pages.

- Rework the way we handle BASEDIR/LIBDIR, keeping ability to set basedir
from command line. Only ref_*.so files path left hardcoded
- Tiny fix for dedicated server build (Makefile typo)
- Most importantly, help Quake II always find libGL.so (no more LD_PRELOAD
magic). Bump PORTREVISION for that [*]
